Mini Pizza Pies

  1. hmmmm yummy! cool u can cook and design clothes both r quiet flourishing businesses!

  2. they sound easy n yummy :) will try em for sure :>

  3. Awesome stuff! =) Tried this at home, the dough recipe was just perfect, and the filling was delicious. I added chili flakes just to add spiciness to it and it came out great, but instead of making mini pizzas, I rolled out the dough and made it in one large pizza. It was perfect.

Tried most of your recipes.. and everyone loved it! You're a great cook MashAllah! God bless you. Looking forward for more recipes.

  4. Thank you so much for trying and giving your feedback Hafsa, this means a lot to me :)

  5. I have a question to ask though - how does milk powder help in the dough?

I can't wait to try it and see if it has a different effect. I always just use flour, yeast, salt and sugar.

  6. Milk powder enhance quite a lot flavor in pizza dough, and I've noticed that it also helps to crisp bottom and sides of the Pizza. It also helps your dough to rise more.

Do try, and let me know your feedback :)
